Transparency and Care
At Lumiere Urban Retreat our guests always come first. We are committed to ensuring that your spa experience is enjoyable and relaxing. Our policies have been set to be fair and transparent, to guarantee your ultimate satisfaction.
Appointments
Lumiere prides itself on being an appointment only facility. This allows you to avoid disappointment in your desired treatment and to have all staff on board for the required timeframe. As well as allow a more private bespoke experience
Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrivals will cut into your treatments and full fees will still apply.
Cancellation and no-show.
A minimum of 24 hours notice in advance is required for cancellations. If treatment is cancelled within 24hours, a 50% charge of the scheduled treatment will apply. Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled service.
Health Conditions
Please inform us of any medical or health conditions, allergies, injury or pregnancy when making your reservation. Lumiere reserves the right to deny specific treatments if a medical condition exists.
Etiquette
To ensure relaxation and comfort of all guests, we ask that you please keep your voices to a minimum. Lumiere is a phone free and smoke free environment.
Minimum age
All guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Facilities
Shower facilities and towels are available for use prior and post treatment.
Parking
We have onsite parking for up to 5 cars. If the car park is full, parking is available on street. If you need your car moved for any reason during your treatment, please let our staff know and they can do this for you.
Payment
We accept payment in cash and EFTPOS. We don't take Diners or Amex. If you are using a gift certificate, please let our staff know upon booking.
